Sophos continuously analyzes and optimizes its pricing and discounting strategy to ensure operational efficiency for our business and fair pricing for our customers and partners.

Effective April 1, 2025, there are changes to our global network promos, and several promo codes have now expired.

 

Promo Discount Model Eligibility

To be more in line with quoting behavior, we’re changing the scope of our firewall promos with the following changes for the new fiscal year FY26:

• XGS w-models (XGS 88w/108w/118w/128w) have been added to all promos
  • All XGS Gen.2 desktop models are now eligible for promo discounts.
• XGS 1U and 2U rackmount models have been removed from all promos
  • Discounts will be approved on a case-by-case basis for 1U/2U models.
  • Existing valid quotes will be honored as long as a pricing recalculation is not triggered (e.g., by a change).
  • This change does not impact existing regional promos and framework agreements.
• The XGS Deal Reg Booster has not been extended.
